Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you have up to 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as your receipt) will also be required.

How to Start a Return
Simply email us at Operations@skilleddistribution.com to lodge your return request. Returns address will be advised upon confirmation of return acceptance by Skilled Distribution NZ Ltd

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and arrange a resolution.


Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous, flammable, or pressurised items (e.g., gases, liquids)

Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether your product can be returned, please get in touch before sending it back.


Exchanges
Need something different? The quickest option is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
