Terms & Conditions
For the purposes of this agreement, “Skilled” refers to Skilled Distribution NZ Ltd.
1. Risk in Goods
All risk relating to goods supplied by Skilled passes to the Customer once the goods have been delivered to the Customer, or to any party acting on the Customer’s behalf.
2. Returns, Claims, and Refunds
The Customer must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt to confirm they are correct and meet expectations. If there are any concerns, the Customer must notify Skilled right away, providing full details of the issue. If this process is not followed, Skilled will assume the goods are satisfactory, and no return, refund, or claim will be processed.
3. Freight Costs
Unless agreed otherwise in writing prior to dispatch, all freight charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
4. Recovery of Costs
The Customer acknowledges that if they breach these conditions of sale or supply, Skilled may recover all reasonable costs incurred in enforcing its rights — including solicitor fees charged on a solicitor–client basis — until the outstanding balance (including all costs) is fully recovered from the Customer, any guarantor, or both.
5. Supply of Goods
Skilled reserves the right to decline supply at its discretion. Either party may terminate a trading account at any time without prior notice.
